Look very similar to Camelia/Balsam, definitely NOT mint or lemongrass! I grow both (6 varieties of mint), they look nothing like this, it is especially dangerous to name an edible herb when you are wholly not clued up on the subject!

Balsam. they reseed and grow back next year. if you live in a cold climate
I think these are Touch Me Not! I have some in my flower bed and they are invasive. Come back every year from previous year's seeds.

Poison ivy has three leaves and is a vine. Study up so you know in your yard or wild. Birds can drop seeds to sprout anywhere
