Canna lily
cannas (probably spelled that wrong) they love full sun and well drained soil. I just planted some in an urn on my front walkway- used to have them around the mailbox at childhood home and they come back and get fuller every year!
aren't cannas really tall? (3ft)
Cannas come in a standard height (6 foot), and a dwarf variety, (4 ft or less).
if YOU plant different colours in one spot they will (should) come back the next year half/half of shared colours as I've done this myself along my back wooden fence. Looks great !!

looks to be a variety of a chinese evergreen or cast iron plant.
Cannas and Callas are not true lilies and are not closely related at all. Both can come in all colors, but red cannas and white callas are what we usually see. Dig the cannas up or let them grow. There is not much in between. Bless you 😇
