The more acid in the soil, the bluer the flowers get. Try surrounding with pine straw as mulch to get a more blue flower.
Change the ph of the soil. For blue, sprinkle 1/2 cup garden sulfur on the soil and water it in.
You may have to repeat.

I was told it's all in the acidic plant food you feed them.
they do change with acidic but they do have an all white variety that i purchased and wont change color, only bloom white
