Try Ice cubes or Dry and crush and pot up.........
You might try quick freezing it on a tray, then put in a freezer bag in the freezer. I'm not sure it would work with a leafy vegetable, but I do almost all veggies that way.
Hang upsidedown till completely dry before storing or run through food processor with a little olive oil and freeze in ice trays. After frozen stick cubes in a freezer bag
I just lay out on cookie sheets between layers of cheesecloth and dry naturally. Then place in spice jars or tins for use all winter.
You can hang it and let it dry out. Then put into a bag and crush the leaves, and then into a glass jar. You can use it as a dried herb in your cooking.
