You can plant sets about three weeks before you intend to put them in the ground. Seeds would take 3-6 weeks longer. If you plan to raise them in the greenhouse, be sure to have soil at least 2-3 feet deep to let the roots and ulna grow. And hothouse veggies can be grown anytime if you have adequate sunlight and temp control. ☺️
If your greenhouse is heated you can plant/grow them whever you want. Do you mean start them in the greenhouse and then plant them outside when temps permit?
