I have a plant with little round things on the leafs. How do get rid?

Are they spots on the leaves, or raised little bumps? Also, what type of plant?

Is it scale?

Perhaps bring the plant or a sample to your local cooperative extension help desk. Another option is to submit a Co op internet request for ID Of the problem.
