I live in Florida - what hardy groundcover plants bloom year round?

Summers are brutally hot...pretty northern annuals last about 2 weeks in Spring...I would like a tropical blooming groundcover, blooming bushes....hanging baskets parch in no-time....any ideas?

    Succulents and Ice Plant are hardy enough for your climate. Go to your local nursery or garden Center. They will tell you what's best for your yard.

    Barren Strawberry Ground Cover. We had it in Southern California. It gets flowers but no fruit. Dad did make wine out of the flowers though.
