Below is what I found, so I don't see why you can't.

In zone 7 and below, dig up the calla lily bulbs prior to the first frost. Store them in dry peat moss, placed where the temperature won’t fall below 60 degrees. The rebirth cycle begins again in spring.

t would be best to store them,as they will not survive your zone in the winter. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/calla-lily/calla-lily-winter-care.htm

Sure, go ahead and plant them. I live in Canada and I have several beautiful yellow calla lily plants, they bloom in the summer and when done in the fall I let them die back, cut them down and put them in my basement (in their pots) in a cool room, giving them minimal sips of water once a month until the spring when they start sprouting again.

Plant them now.I live in zone 7 in Tennessee, and they come back yearly. I thought they wouldn't survive here, but I have several friends who have them return. I'm not sure what the light requirements are. GoGood luck.

This is my 3rd year with callas. Mine get about 1/2 day full sun. I plant the bulbs deeper than the instructions say. Mine are lightly mulched. They're beautiful and seem to come up in waves- probably because they are deeper in the dirt. They like tulips and other bulb types. I mulch with sedum and creeping thyme- yes, edible thyme. The bugs stay away and crabgrass hates the thyme. I did have to totally remove the canna lilies as they will take over. I live in Greenville, SC. Happy planting.
