    If you want to control them, cut the flowers off as soon as you see them wilting.

    Oh yes, chives can get everywhere ! To make sure the seeds don't spread when the wind blows, I cut off the flowers - and don't wait too long, or the problem will continue (I put newspaper down to catch all the seeds when I cut them).

    Yes, thank you but now there are little shoots everywhere. I am trying to pull by hand in the middle of other plants.

    To remove them, you will have dig out every little bulblet. Never let them go to seed, as others have already said.

    Put in pots and sell
