It looks like catnip to me .I could be wrong

That's not catnip, but it does look like a Marguerite Daisy (Argyranthemum frutescens). They have beautiful flowers, but that's all I know about them.
Unless you plan on replacing this plant, I would leave it where it is and see if it flowers or not. By the looks of the cracked earth next to the plant, you need something, even if it is weeds, to keep the dirt from washing away. ☺️
I do not know what it is but it does not look like the catnip I plant for my cat.
If you took a leaf or two off it to the nursery they will tell you what it is.
It looks very much like a Texas Star Hibiscus. Google under images. They look the same.
