How do I preserve my perennial during cold weather?

    Before you plant you must find out what zone you live in. Its recommended if you live in a very cold climate to make sure the hardiness zone is twice of yours .Pereninals die in the winter in cold climates and Hopefully come back the following year.
  • Perennials come back year after. You need to know your zone because some garden centers get in plants just to be grown as annuals. Most perennials do not need extra care and layer of mulch helps keep the weeds out and moisture in. Look at mixing native plants in with other non native perennials too. If you need more help, ask.
