Is this a flower or weed?
This was a little start not far from another flower I have and the leaves are similar. My flowers are a pink color but this is white so now I am wondering if this is just a weed. Thank you.

is this a weed or flower?
This plant popped up in my flower bed this year. It grew quickly and is almost 2 feet tall already. Does anyone know what it is?
Not sure, but try this app to identify it:

It could be a perennial geranium or a weed, but I'm not positive. Try the app iNaturalist, it identifies plants for free.
Here's a plant id app:

Hi Shawn, look up the plant plant you have that is similar and see if it has a variety with white flowers, hope this helps you out.
Hello, it looks very much like Citronella.
You can use PlantNet, iNaturalist, or PlantSnap to check.
Hi,
Looks like a native Geranium!
Thank you everyone for your responses. It does appear to be the wild geranium or cranesbill.
Could be Carolina geranium. Does look like citronella, too. If it came up as a weed, though, it is probably Carolina geranium. Google it.
Use one of the plant identification apps and compare it to the plant that this was near.

This is a Carolina geranium and is a wildflower and a biennial. It is a native to the US.
There is a great app called Picture this. You photo the plant and it will give you name, characteristics, how to care for it plus you can keep it in your library. Downfall— it’s a yearly membership.
