Is this spinach?? I'm confused...

I had these labeled as spinach, but it doesn't look like the batches I got before with the same pack. I tasted a leaf and I think it tastes sort of like spinach, but I don't have any to compare to. The seeds are burpee blooms dale long standing seeds, and are supposed to be wrinkled leaves. Any help is appreciated.

Possibly a pepper plant. Bell pepper?? Wouldn't be the first person to get mis-labeled seeds. It happens.

I thought pepper too. I would not eat leaves. FYI I am an Indiana master gardener.

Awesome, thanks for the response! I did have some sweet pepper seeds. I thought I only planted 1 but maybe my daughter pulled a fast one on me :)

It looks like a bell pepper plant. I have bell peppers in my garden, the leaves identical.
