Ferns are hard to kill. Repot with fresh potting material, set in partial sun and shade so not to burn. Ferns do not need over watering,

Cut them back to the soil level, feed them with a weak seaweed fertiliser, place pot in gentle sunlight or shade sheltered from the wind, water regularly, they should come back.
