Wondering what this plant is. Has flowers but they only last about a day.
Can someone identify?

I would speculate, based on the narrow leaf and the bud, that it's a type of evening primrose (Oenothera species).

Checked the USDA web site. It is what they call a narrow leaf evening primrose
