Hi Cindy, it looks like mirabilis jalapa; this is a plant giving lovely little flowers that open only in the evening and the night. Their smell is just extraordinary. I once planted that in my garden but when I found out they only opened at night, I took them away but it still came back again for a couple of years. Now I regret I did it because their smell was so delicious...

Those are not weeds. They look exactly like Four O'Clocks. They are great old fashioned flowers that are very easy to grow. If they start setting flower buds, you'll know for sure. Google them.

Love these, miss mine at other house, will buy more! They were there when we bought the house, but when I transplanted them, the colors mixed. I had red, yellow and wnite. Ended up with orange striped ones and other combos!

Thank you everbody. I kind of had it down to two, 4 o'clock or morning glory. I love these flowers, my grandmother had these. Thank you again.

..They are 4 o'clocks...put them where you don't need to do anything else with the area, because they will be everywhere next year. Every flower you see will be a seed that is 99% sure to grow into another plant.

Those look like 4 o'clocks because they bloom in the late afternoon , just before sundown. They are easy to grow and do not need a lot of care.

I live in the high desert of Northeastern California. I have tried planting 4 o'clocks and they just won't grow here. I always thought they would grow anywhere. I was very disappointed.
