My succulents got soaked from rainwater. What do I do?

I had a makeshift roof for my succulents but we're having a Signal No. 2 tropical storm and even with the roof, some of my succulents got soaked. They still look fine but what should I do (once the rain and the wind stop) to rescue them and prevent them from ultimately dying on me? Thanks for your help! I've just started on these beauties this month.

Ok get them out of the rain if you already haven't and put them in a well lit area to dry out. My suggestion is going to be if they do not dry enough get succulent soil and repot at once.

If there aren't drain holes in the bottom of the pots, drill some. If you can't, try and turn the pots upside down or on their side to drain off the water. You can also pull them out of the pot onto some newspaper until they dry out a bit.

Hi I've found succulents survive OK if you let their roots dry out. With cactus I have taken out of the soil and let them dry in a cool place and then replanted them. Thereafter survived and thrived Alan C

Thank you all for your responses! Really helped! I think they're going to be fine after I did all your suggestions.
