Have tomato plants 4 foot tall and still has no blooms - help?

plant's are 4 foot tall and have never bloomed yet, two are 3 foot tall and blooms are falling off, what is wrong?

    The tomato plants that have not produced any flowers may have gotten to much nitrogen and not enough potassium.The theres with the flowers falling off may have a fungus.

    I read about epsom salts helping tomatoes produce. You mix 1 cup to 1 gallon of water.. sprinkle over leaves of plants. (Also, take off suckers... the extra stems that grow between major branches. Looks like the Y of branch with new growth between..That's the sucker. It will not produce but takes food. ) You can also feed epsom on plants when planted and early spring.. Check it out on line.
