We have 15 yr old red crepe myrtles that appear DEAD! Help!
all of our other crepe myrtles are growing leaves, so I wanted to know if this is something new or will I be digging these up soon?

Is getting enough sun? It likes full sun. I have the same problem with mine. I have other trees that have grown and taken over the yard and the crepe myrtles are now shaded most of the day and look really bad.

We had a Crepe Myrtle cut down and they got the root too, but little pieces are growin' ALL over.....it is a real pain. We've tried and keep tryin' to get rid of it....that's a joke....I give you any solutions to your problem, I just know they are beautiful, but a pain in the butt!!
