Mums love the sun and also come back. There are a ton that love the sun, I like the ones that bloom all summer. I use Jack's fertilizer you can order off the internet. Feed them every time you water which should be twice a day you will have huge blooms. Talk to the people there, they are great help

Roses, ranunculus and peonies are great full sun flowering plants.
Zinnias are one of the easiest to grow flowers from seed. i also like sunflowers and cosmos.
