Kniphofia , or Red Hot Poker, or Poker Plant...comes in MANY colors and can get HUGE.... Ok never mind I believe Four Season Nursery is correct...

Four Season gave you the correct answe. Lots of Celosia plants, great annual, tough takes the heat and sun, good for drying.

It could possibly be a type of celosia but to me it looks like Bunny Tail Ornamental grass. Really does not look like a type of lupine to me.

This is the type of Celosia you get from seeds produced from several hybrid Celosia plants. You won't get these from a package of Celosia seeds. This is a second generation plant from hybrid Celosias.

Pink Flamingo Celosia, annual, in lots of nurseries about 15 years ago, about 12" tall as I recall. Graceful, tipping over tops, similar to my perennial gooseneck loosestriife which has unfortunately died out after 25 years.
