If you are referring to the insects.From what I can see it looks like aphids. Spray the soil and the leaves over and under with horticultural oil.
I think they are aphids -- bugs
looks like some kinda of mite infestation. Maybe spider mite since it appears to be weblike. You can treat with seven dust

I use Ivory soap and cayanne pepper spray, that i mix myself. Spray plant leaves on a cloudy day or after sun had gone down. Bugs hate the taste and won't hurt your plants or veggies. Mix a few drops of Ivory liquid soap to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper in a spray bottle fill up to top with water.. Mix well by shaking it up.
I have no bug problem and no harsh chemicals. Repeat spraying if it rains
Use neem oil . It comes concentrated to be diluted with water in a spray bottle. It is an effective approach as environmentally friendly chemical that will not harm butterflies & bees. Have to treat the plant as needed to keep aphids & spider mites off. Remember the spider mites reproduce quickly so you have to monitor the plant closely.
