Peat pots, when it comes time to plant in the garden you plant pots and all.
You need a lot of sun. Some people use grow lights. A lot of patience. If you are just starting in gardening don't rely on just seeds to get you started. Use seeds that go directly in the ground, after frost like string beans, lettuce, kale. Buy tomato plants.
