By "do" I assume that you mean "grow". I understand that marijuana is still illegal there, so not that one. I'm guessing that you mean outside but don't know if you mean annuals, perennials, flowering, shade loving, ground cover, vegetables, or something else. Perhaps the local plant nursery would be a good place to start.
Best idea is to find out what Zone your in? I’m in zone 8 for example! When you go to a store to buy plants most have tags showing what zones their best to be planted in or some that will come back every year in some areas will tell you to either take plants inside during winter months or they’ll die and need new plants the following spring! Btw, My zone 8 is in the Portland, Oregon to Vancouver, Washington area. You can look up your plant zone online
