How do I care for my Jade Plant?
Ive had this plant for years. I live in Wisconsin, so in the summer I put it out on my covered porch. In the winter it is near a west window. The past 4-5 months it has been getting "mildewy" spots on leaves and then the leaves turn all gray and fall off. As I see the spots, I remove the leaves. Whats causing this? I want to keep my beautiful jade plant ;0)

Spray the plant in the sink to remove all mildew. You can use a weak solution of tea tree oil to spray the plant if the mildew returns.
You may need to repot the plant in sterile soil and a sterilzed pot with adequate drainage.

Less water, more light southern exposure no direct sun on it it has fungus take it out of pot remove soil let it dry out for a day replant it they do best in porous pot/clay like it dry really good drainage not too drafty not too big of pot don't transplant it very often.
It needs repotting and much less water.
Sounds like it has been over watered. I only water mine when the leaves begin to wrinkle a bit. First remove all the leaves that are already infected. I take q-tips with alcohol and go over the entire plant under and over the leaves and the stems. All is not lost as this is very easily started by letting healthy single leaves dry for a few days and barely pushing the narrow end into a sandy soil designed for cacti. Good luck
Thanks for all your suggestions. Im removing the infected leaves, wiping down the rest and transplanting into a new pot. I usually dont water any of my house plants too much, so Im hoping these suggestions will do the trick! Thanks!-J
