  • Early morning is best. If you live in a really hot and dry climate, you can "freshen things up" by running the sprinklers for a few minutes in the evening after the sun can no longer burn the plants and lawn.

Early in the morning before the sun is on the garden so the plants don't burn or after the sun is off the plants at night you can water any time if you use a soaking hose

Exactly. Water your flowers, at the most, early or late in the day, right around mosquito time. So spray yourself with insect repellent at dawn and dusk if you will be outside. Best wishes 😇

Use soaker hoses, since you won't be getting water on the leaves and all you have to do is turn the water on at the spigot. Also if you do forget to turn them on you can do it at any time, although the morning is the best.
