Why doesn’t my ornamental grass come back?
I live in the Northeast in areas 6-7. I’ve tried planting a few different types but after winter they never came back. I bought 2 big beautiful Pampas grasses last year and they grew like crazy! But they didn’t come back this year. I have seen homes with huge Pampas grasses and they’re beautiful! And they come back every year. What am I doing wrong? Any tips on how to care for pampas grass so it comes back?

For the proper answer...Please remember not all pompous grass is hardy for your zone. The plant labels in the pots sometimes are not always correct as well .Make sure prior to purchasing hardy grass ,the zone should be at least 10-20 degrees below your planting zone.the zones have changed as many do not realize that.
