Any ideas for growing herbs and flowers in a very tiny apartment

Do you have a window with a ledge?

If you have a window in the kitchen you can grow herbs in one pot. You can go to Home depot and buy everything. Another idea is to grow succulents.

Do you have a sunny window sill? You can plant in little pots, or use recycled soda bottles for your herb garden.
