Stock tanks from Tractor Supply or other farm type equipment stores work well. If you can’t crawl around on the ground, you can raise them up on cement blocks or pavers.

Best thing to keep in mind is which veggies use up the same nutrients depriving their neighbors and weakening the whole lot. Also, keep in mind the plant's mature size. Plants need sunlight and air circulation all around them to flourish. Arrange for harvest to be only an arm's reach away - good spacing makes weed cultivation easier. Peppers, tomatoes and eggplants are cousins (nightshades) so deplete the same nutrients. Herbs can be used to beautify the garden's appearance - such as reddish versions of some common herbs, different foliage texture and shape. Don't forget critters like the same veggies we like - shiny ornaments and dried blood powder can keep them at bay.
