was it ever pollinated? enough sun?is it in a pot? id ck to see if root bound and they are rotting
It also needs a lot of sun, so make sure it is getting that!
Folks, on average there are 294 sunny days a year in Goodyear, AZ.
I don't think not getting enough sun is this orange tree's problem.
