Is it heated? What is the average daytime temperature? Average nighttime temp? If it is warm enough, you can grow year round. If too cold, wait till spring. Research each plant to know what conditions they require. Let that be your guide as to when to start.
It depends on where you live. We live in the NW at high elevation so we do not put any out until possibly in May. However, in TN and along I 40 corridor we could plant our garden with cold vegetables the end of Feb. and put them in a greenhouse in early February. Do you know what zone you live in? That would help to know.
depends on you location.seed starting should take place 6-8 weeks after the last frost date
Usually if it's heated, that means you can start growing your seeds whenever you want!
