I love sticking succulents around the house in pretty pots. The don't need a lot of sun and they don't require constant water so it makes for really easy, simple care.
I would try hens and chickens. They grow anywhere. Also cactus.
I have a rubber tree that does well
Orchids only want indirect light
Try a Parlor palm (Chamaedorea elegans). Here is a picture of one that I have had for 7 years and it started out in a 3" pot. It never gets direct sun and just sits in the corner and thrives. I don't even feed it. Just water it when it's dry and pluck the brown leaves off, because new ones are always emerging. This palm is about 3 1/2' tall. It's been in the same pot for at least 5 years. I just add a little soil once in a while. A perfect non-maintenance indoor plant. I have some little mini led lights on stems that I turn on during the holidays.
Peace Lillies are good in low light areas. Here is a link with more!

(Jade Plant) Money Tree, Christmas cactus, Fern etc.
Air Plants are lovely and because they do not require soil can be hung or displayed in a variety ways that will beautify Your home. With mine I put them in a clean kitchen sink and spray them so water does not go all over the walls then replace them once watered and patted dry. There are so many varieties available as well so You can have options.
Blessings from the North,
Michelle
If you go to your local home improvement store and look in the indoor plant section. There is a section for "angel" plants. Many of them are for medium or low light. I have bought several for them same reason.
Try a succulent. Or bamboo. They don't need a lot of sun or water.
Try a succulent!! They come in so many different styles and are so easy to keep alive
