Too much water? Wrong soil?
Are they indoors or out?
What are they doing? If they dry up and die, then not enough water. If getting mushy and slimy then too much water. Keep in shade until well established, AZ sun is harsh and can kill them pretty quickly. Early morning or late late afternoon sun is ok.
the plants need moving air. Put them outside under a protective cover.
They may need to be repotted. How long have you had them. How often are you watering them. And, if you had them inside without any light and then put them outside in the sun they could be in shock.
