    what is your location, lighting,and the procedure you used to try to grow the seed?

      Loosen soil reseeded sunny area seed sent soil sample in to be tested and came back okay have seeded at least eight times seance 2015 also kept it watered?

    The soil has been poisoned. Dig down and remove a good 8 to 10 inches Of the soil. Replace with compost, top soil. Rake smooth and re seed. At my moms place some one was using gasoline on our fence line to “ kill the weeds”. The marigolds she plants. Reported her to the weed comissinner. We drowned and rinsed away as much gas as possible And removed as much soil as it took not to smell the gas. And Re planted. A month later..the weed comisioner came out to see the place. No weeds were found. Just maturing flowers. Now that really torqued the neighbor...

    Use Artificial grass,it will stay green wherever it is laid.....

    for the proper grass seeding....apply a few inches of top soil, lime,grass seed for your hardiness zone, starter fertilizer and top with peat moss.Keep moist until the seed germinates. One tip when purchasing grass seed make sure it says perennials seed mixture.Some are made uo with annual grass seeds which would mean the grass has to be seeded again
