What can I plant in my window planters?

My home faces north. window planters 30 ft up and can't reach them to water adequately . What can I plant that is viney, draught tolerant and flowers?

    Your best option is to stop in at a local nursery and have a chat with them about what will grow well in your zone.

    Need to water regularly from inside window. Good news it is north facing, less need for water evap. Go to local nursery, they know best. You should use both evergreen vines and some annual like cascading impatiens.

    my suggestion is to use succulents and cactus for your area.Not exactly what you want ,but I do not t hink anything else will work
