Any ideas for watering under eaves flower bed?

Possible yes, easy, not so much. How about collecting water in rain barrels and using for your plants? Or you could install diverters.

You can get or make a rain barrel. But check with your city laws, some places don’t allow you to collect rainwater.

Get a large barrel and put a faucet on it. You can buy the faucets at your local hardware.
