What is the best and inexpensive way to hold up huge tomatoe plants?

Every year my tomatoe plants grow huge and fall over. I've tried metal baskets, they bend the baskets. I've tried rope with poles, they pull the poles up and over. Any suggestions?

hog wire cages- tall ones. tried the trellis idea shown in the video last year. not so much luck with it.
Cut knee high stockings into strips & tie them to wooden stakes they will stretch while plants grow & will not cut into plants
Put them near the wire fence of your garden. You can use that and a tomato cage for support.
