I have hostas around my pool.
buy some large plastic pots and paint them in tone of blues and greens, then put one purple fountain grass in each one. They can take the hot sun all day.
Perennial grasses
you can never go wrong with hostas. i love them and they are so hardy
Plant things thT don’t shed leaves or berries into the pool. I love hostas. Keep them away from the pool walkway edge it they will grow and raise up the pavers.
