Help! What’s wrong with My Tomato Plants?

They had some bottom rot and got that under control but Now THIS!?!? They are in pots and it’s the first time I have tried it? There’s also some webs on the leaves along with the bla spots? Thanks Friends!

try adding one Tablespoon Epsom salts mixed in a gallon of water. this should work for about a week watering.
Maybe to much water
rust or blight, remove the damaged leaves- put in garbage do not put in compost pile, use a fungicide spray on the plants.
