cut open and scoop out with a spoon. If you are trying to get the seeds to grow for next year, put then in a strainer, rinse and let dry on newspaper. Pick the seed up when completely dry and store in a small jar or ziploc bag. Make SURE they are dry or you will have moldy seeds.

Remove Seeds from Tomatoes
If your recipe calls for it, remove the seeds by cutting the tomato in half crosswise. Holding one half over a bowl, use the tip of a spoon to scoop out the seeds.

We always used a teaspoon to scoop them out. My dad would dry them, put in the freezer, and use for the following year in the garden.
Cut off the top, then hold over bowl and squeeze.

Cut the tomato in half along the equator (not through the stem) to expose the chambers in the fruit. Gently squeeze each half of the tomato to release the seeds. You can also use a small spoon or butter knife to help you do this. Discard the seeds (or reserve for another use) and proceed with the recipe

Hi, Place the pulp inside the tomato onto a piece of paper kitchen roll and roll up to gently squeeze the liquid into the paper . repeat until all you have left are the seeds.

I would dip the tomato in boiling water to remove the skin. Gather the seeds then let them dry if you want to plant them next year.
