How to plant vegetables in containers that would grow?

I am elderly and I want to plant Zucchini, tomatoes, Squash and Cucumbers. How can I plant in containers that would grow...what size and how much sun

    Full sun for all of them. If you have the room for a large pot (24" diameter) you could put one plant in each with a tomato cage so that they can climb.

    You might want to consider containers on wheels if you have

    a flat surface.

    Also, tomatoes that are "determinate" do not grow to 8' tall..

    though in a container you might still want to brace them.

    They will dry out quicker, in a container, so they need some attention.

    They do not need hot sun beating down for 8 straight hours. There can be

    partial shade in a day. You might nudge in a basil plant at the base.
