I had tomato plants that were eight feet high. I used poles and tied the main stems to the poles. Removed the suckers as the plants grew. Some varieties I would nip the top growth to get bushier low plants in tomato cages.
Indeterminates do continue to grow all season and should produce all season also. You are doing well getting them so tall!
