The aphids are what is causing the tomato to wilt at the stem.Aphids feed from the stems .Re-pot in fresh soil to try to save them.
1st. When you transplant these, plant half of the stem. Additional roots will grow on the buried stem. We put epsom salt and asprin in the holes for transplants. Also use soap and water spray for aphids. Check out DIY insect sprays,, non chemical.

Put a piece of copp wire into the stalk
Unless these are from a heirloom tomato, you will not get a plant like the original.
Not worth growing from seed. You never know what you will get, and they will be prone to diseases, etc. :(
