Hanging Plant Watering System

Have you ever wondered how to keep your hanging plants in full bloom and healthy? Once they leave the store or nursery, it seems to me, that they are so hard to keep alive.
They dry out so quickly and I feel like I just can’t keep them watered enough.
The ones I bought at our local nursery were so beautiful and healthy, I surely wanted to them to stay that way. I remembered seeing the plants connected to a watering drip system and thought, there has to be a way to duplicate that.
So off to Lowe’s I went!
Sure enough, I found exactly what I was looking for…..a watering system.

Sure enough, I found exactly what I was looking for…..a watering system.
I ran the vinyl tubing up the side of the patio wall.
I used t-connectors to add tubing that would drop down into the plant.
I weaved the tubing though the hanging chain.
The on/off valves are connected to the bottom of the tubing and are setting inside the plant. Come on over to my blog and check out the set by step instructions as well as the supply list!
