90's Oak Desk and Hutch Makeover

I picked up this 90's oak desk and hutch set from a college student who no longer needed it. This photo shows how it looked after I had removed the hardware and started to do some prep work.
Here is the hutch.
I wanted to give it an update and thought the paneled back and highly grained wood would look great painted a fresh white. While not shown in the photos, the original hardware was unattractive and really dated this piece, so I decided to replace those, too.
I primed and then painted both pieces in Benjamin Moore's "Cloud White." It is a soft white, without being too yellow. I added new knobs to the top drawers and bin pulls to the bottom drawers. Now it has a casual cottage feel. So long '90's!
This set offers so much storage and doesn't take up a lot of floor space. It would be great in an office or next to my kitchen as a command center.
