Hello, I think it looks great, you may want to put a few clock up so people can see the current time, and maybe a few pictures, no too many, but a few!
Get some tech products, small shelves, hooks. Hang and shelve some of the products on the wood wall. Photos/posters of tech products on the painted walls. You don't need a lot.
I think some posters and tech products on the walls is a really great idea!

It's a busy room, love the colors on the chairs, they are a good match for the floor and walls.
Yes, put up a clock to discourage cell phones from coming out to check the time-something basic and modern, not cheap looking-golds or silver numbers/hands..
You need to display what you are having your podcast about, have some well thought out ideas, something that will attract their attention yet minimalist. You could experiment with these items by placing them on the floor in front of the wall and arrange them. I would put them on a plain wall to avoid competition or disguise with the wood wall.
I would add plants. Here's a link on podcast studio design:

This is a very cool space. The chairs gives it just the pop of color you need. No distractions on the wall is smart. I would just make sure the chairs are comfortable enough to sit in for a while. Also, keep in mind if you have a guest with extreme height, you might need some way to accommodate them. I have several men in our family that are 6'2" to 6'6" and women that are 5'3". I can tell you they are not all comfortable in the same chairs.
I like it - but maybe put some more color on the backdrop. Or leave a place on the backdrop for any sponsors for specific episodes.
Put up an alzehimer's clock. That not only shows the time but the date and day of the week. It is back lit so would stand out great on your wall. Got ours at amazon.
you need to add some shelves to have tech products on that you will be talking about I like the colors and lay out
I’d suggest some wall art which would tie everything together.
Looks great to me, love the chairs especially. Only thing I think to add is the name of your podcast on that back wall. You could get a large piece of plexi-glass and then have a sign shop cut you a vinyl letter sign to add to the back of your plexiglass.
