I have a corner in my kitchen that I wanted to use as a beverage station. It was unused space with one small table.
These cabinets were found at a yard sale at a bargain price of $10.
Next, I found this computer desk with key board tray for $20. Needed some work but I saw the potential in the piece. So it was cleaned and sanded for priming.
So I spray painted with Krylon Colormaster paint + primer on the cabinets and desk .This paint dries fast and evenly and no runs!!
This is my blank slate ready for wall painting to give my beverage area its own space.
After just a little elbow grease,my beverage station/coffee bar is complete.Chalk board and coffee tray made out of 2 picture frames painted during this project.I just love how the key board tray slides out to use !
Desk has drawers on both sides that pull out for extra storage.
Accessories found at local thrift store.
To ad more storage on the bottom, I cut to fit 2x3s to add to hold the baskets the extra weight. Basket purchased at Michaels crafts 50% off sale, just love them!!
In all spent on this project $65.00.Cabinets,Table/desk,Baskets,paint,hardware and 2x3s, to enjoy for a long time!!!
