I took a corner desk and made a entry table. I took the two side legs, the bottom back brace, and the drawer front.. I added pallet wood with a wheat stain and made a wood handle from wood that I also stained the same wheat color. I painted the base of the table with a dark gray chalkboard paint and sealed with a clear satin polyurethane.
I removed the two side legs from the desk.
When I removed the side legs I put the side top back that meets the other side to make the corner and also the bottom brace that came off the back of the desk.
Once I had my base glued and screwed together I added a piece of plywood to the top to make it secure.
Last I added the two pieces of pallet wood that was sanded and stained on top of the plywood and the wood handle.
This is the finished product.
