Vintage Statements saw a lot of potential in this vanity and could look past its original colors to see a beautiful end vanity!

First we made sure it was all in good shape by checking its tracks and legs being strong. No major cosmetic issues so we were able to start pulling the hardware and just doing a simple sand on it to help the paint stick. Next we decided to go with our Dixie Belle Paint Mason Dixon Gray.

At the end you will see why we chose this lovely color for this piece!

We applied to coats to the piece and then gave it a coat of Dixie Belle Paint Clear Coat Flat. This stuff goes on so easy and drys very nicely. Next we had to reupholster the seat. We had some Paris themed fabric that would look nice with this gray. Once the seat was back on and the hardware was added.

We put it under our tree for some nice pictures. Next thing we know is that its sold! I think the color really sells it!
