A Before and After Flip House Tour

The For Sale is up and that means one thing. The "Flippin' Family" is on the hunt for another ugly house to fix and flip. This is the latest house we just completed. Come take the full tour and see all of the Before and After pictures.
Every square inch of this home was touched in some way or another. Most was replaced. Here are a few of the Before's. (to see all of the Before's please follow the link to The Everyday Home Blog below)
BEFORE: Boring and outdated kitchen
BEFORE: Dirty 90's Bathroom with not a lot of appeal
After: The LR

New paint, fixtures, flooring and decor.
After: Kitchen

New stock, white cabs, hardware, flooring, fixtures and appliances. This is one of my fave rooms.
AFTER: Dining Area

My "trademark" Board and Batten Walls makes another appearance.
One of my fave new features in this home... a Mason Jar Light Fixture. It totally set the feel for this "Urban Farmhouse Style" home.
AFTER: Master Bedroom

No more boring and dreary nights in this home!

  • Thank you. As a flip house we wanted to infuse touches of farmhouses but not over the top. Thx

My wife and I made a mason jar chandelier from our existing fixtures. I simply drilled holes in the mason jar lids with a paddle bit then put them over light fixture we used LED Edison style bulbs so they will not overheat. Here is a picture very easy and only cost was a case of mason jars and new light bulbs maybe $20.
